THE STANDARD WELCOMES ROBIN ESALE TO THE TEAM!

As we continue to forge a path for Black women, we are beyond excited to meet another rockstar in the making. Robin Esale joins The Standard as our new Treasurer and BOD member.

She moved to Toronto from the UK in 2018 with the dreams of working in sport marketing. Instead, her career took off in a different direction after her move to Canada. She held roles in investing, anti-money laundering, and digital marketing in finance. As she pivoted to a more financial background, Robin has embraced the surprises her career has brought. “My advice to people of all ages is to not be afraid to try new things in your career because the path to success is not a straight line.”

Robin is passionate about helping black people break through in spaces where they are overlooked and marginalized. She is excited to join other like-minded Black women who are pushing the needle in marketing and putting their time, money and resources where it matters most.
